This workshop is designed for beginners or folks with intermediate pottery making skills. If time permits, intermediate potters may be able to make functional pieces on which to attach their clay creatures.

Once you decide on what type and size of creature you would like to fashion, you can then make these individual pieces into distinctive earrings, brooches, pins, stand alone pieces or as part of a larger functional item.

Workshop participants will design and fashion their own pieces out of clay. Clay works will then be bisque fired. Then, everyone will add colors to their works for the final glaze firing.

This seminar is $60 for three, two and one half hour sessions which includes clay, glazes and kiln firings. Classes will meet one evening per week for three weeks in the evening (6 PM - 8:30 PM). Class size is limited to six participants. Full payment is required at time of registration.
